Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Orders RLT Tours, LLC of Lake Pond, PA to Cease All Passenger Carrier Operations

Washington, DC - Following a comprehensive safety compliance review, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has revoked the DOT registration of Pennsylvania-based charter bus company RLT Tours, LLC and ordered the company to cease all intrastate and interstate passenger carrier operations. FMCSA’s compliance review found the bus company in violation of multiple federal safety regulations including hours-of-services requirements for drivers, insurance requirements, vehicle maintenance standards, and drug and alcohol testing compliance. RLT Tours cannot resume transportation services until the company takes corrective action to show they are in compliance with federal safety regulations. In addition, the motor carrier was issued a civil penalty of $8,640. For more information, contact Candice Tolliver at 202-366-9999.
