February 24, 2006 - Residential Exchange Program Settlement Agreement with Clark Public Utilities and Record of Decision:  On February 10, 2006, BPA Administrator Stephen J. Wright signed a Record of Decision (ROD) on the Residential Exchange Program Settlement Agreement with Clark Public Utilities (PDF, 8 pages, 36 KB). December 19, 2005 - Public Comment Period Regarding Proposed Settlement Agreement with Clark Public Utilities:  Today BPA sent a letter to Customers, Constituents, Tribes, and Other Regional Stakeholders (PDF, 3 pages, 143 KB) announcing the opening of a public comment period regarding a proposed settlement agreement with Clark Public Utilities (PDF, 11 pages, 89 KB) to their request to participate in the Residential Exchange Program.  BPA will accept comments on this proposed settlement agreement through January 16, 2006.  Written comments may be submitted online at www.bpa.gov/comment/ or e-mailed to comment@bpa.gov.  Comments may also be submitted via U.S. mail to: Bonneville Power Administration DKP-7, P.O.
