Retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter will appear in conversation with Margaret Warner for the opening of Constitutionally Speaking, a new civic engagement initiative from the New Hampshire Humanities Council.
The event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required. Pre-registration begins August 15, 2012.
