Our Services

  • Acquires, manages and disposes of real estate for the Department of the Army,
  • Executes DoD Executive Agent responsibilities,
  • Executes specialized programs,
  • Provides real estate services on an as-needed basis to our government Partners, and
  • Performs unique contingency capabilities.

Our Mission

The mission of the Mobile District Real Estate Division is to provide premier life-cycle real estate services covering the realm of real estate business processes to include planning, acquisition, appraisal, leasing, and asset management and disposal, with a staff of professional experts utilizing sound real estate strategies, tools and AIS’s; to form, strengthen and foster customer relationships that will assure repeat business, expansion and sustainability
