Contractors Information Page

Contractors are reminded of their responsibility for the performance and conduct of all personnel employed under contract. Contractor personnel shall abide by all security regulation of the installation. Contractors shall not employ persons for work if such employee is identified as a potential threat to health, safety, security, or operational mission of the installation and its population or as otherwise provided by law. It is the responsibility of the contractor to comply with laws regarding the employment of aliens; Failure to do so could expose the contractor to criminal prosecution

Contractors are reminded of the annual Contractor Manpower Reporting requirement for applicable service contracts at https://cmra.army.mil. Contractors are required to report the total amount invoiced for each of their Army contracts that include services and to report the direct labor dollars and direct labor hours that they expended at each location where services were provided; a federal service code should be should be designated for the predominant service provided at each location. The reporting of FY'07 contracted services shall be completed NLT 31 October 2008.
