The below lists of Common Hotline Complaints are some of the issues the Inspector General's Hotline most frequently addresses. These lists do not include all issues brought to the Inspector General's attentions, but are a representative sample.

Help those who are considering filing a hotline complaint.
Assist Command Inspector General personnel who are responsible for responding to these issues.
These lists are intended to be an informal reference, and should not be construed as legal advice. Although we provide referral information, the Inspector General reserves the right to investigate any matter brought to our attention.

Recommendations on the links listed assume that you have already tried to address your issue informally by bringing your concern to the attention of your immediate supervisor, or others in your chain of command.
