Parking:  Parking permits and Naval District Washington (NDW) Decals are obtained by completing the Parking Permit application in the Forms/Documents Library and submitting to the Parking Office on the first floor of Bldg 197.  This is done on or after your first day.  If you intend to park on the Navy Yard, failure to obtain permit/decal will result in denied access to the Yard and/or ticketing fines of up to $100. 

 

Metro Rail:  The Navy Yard Metro Stop is located three blocks from the Isaac Hull Ave Gate on M Street.  See: http://www.wmata.com for details.

Virginia Railway Express (VRE):  The VRE provides commuter rail service from Fredericksburg, Stafford, to Alexandria, Crystal City, and Washington, D.C.  The VRE stops at three Stafford stations:  Leeland, Brooke, and Quantico.  Free parking at all stations.  See: www.vre.org
