Audits

On November 7, we issued a quality control review of the audit of the National Transportation Safety Board’s (NTSB) Financial Statements, as of and for the years ended September 30, 2005, and September 30, 2004. The audit provided an unqualified or “clean” opinion on NTSB’s financial statements. However, the report included one material internal control weakness related to implementation of an agency-wide information security program.
