What should I do if my AESDirect username and/or password do not work?

If your AESDirect username and/or password do not work, make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. The username is always lower case letters. The password is case sensitive. 

If you continue to have problems, please contact your Account Administrator to ensure you have the correct information.  You can also have the Account Administrator contact AESDirect Technical support via telephone at (877) 715-4433.
