Community Partnership Welcome to the Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness

Those who are homeless may call these numbers to seek assistance, and the general public may call these numbers to get help for someone who is homeless and in need of assistance.

Virginia Williams Family Resource Center - provides families that are homeless with appropriate referrals to safe shelter and assists families at risk of becoming homeless obtain links to programs and resources that prevent homelessness. Please note new phone number: 202-526-0017

HPRP (Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program) provides rental and utility
assistance to individuals and families at risk of becoming homeless as well as security
