      Levitt will deliver a policy address on the state of
      financial reporting and the changes transforming the
      accounting profession.

Briefing:   Chairman Levitt and SEC Chief Accountant Lynn Turner
       will conduct a media briefing immediately following the
       speech.  NYU Professor William Allen, Chairman of the
       Independence Standards Board and director of NYU's Center
       for Law and Business, will host the briefing.
