GSA Region 4 Federal Acquisition Service Regional Commissioner Erv Koehler reveals strategy to help government customers reduce acquisition costs.
In the Southeast Sunbelt Region our operating principles are driven by our agency's mission, vision, and our strategic plan. We incorporate our vision of "GSA means Excellence in Business" in all we do. We have a wide ranging diversity in our business lines and the one common thread which holds us together is our commitment to providing "One GSA - One Voice" advice, service, and quality results to all GSA customers. Our strategic goals of Stewardship, Superior Workplaces, Best Value, and Innovation are implemented with accountability and integrity. We are always cognizant of our responsibility to provide excellent stewardship of the taxpayer's dollars and our commitment to the federal government and the citizens of this great country.
In the Southeast Sunbelt Region, GSA customers are served with the highest possible quality service properly balanced with providing the best value to the taxpayer. One cannot, and will not, be sacrificed for the other. Our mission in GSA, to support customer agencies in the acquisition of supplies, space, services, and technology, must adhere to these principles. Most of the time we are not highly visible to the customers or the public for the essential role we play in their success.
We encourage you to visit here often to learn more about who we are and what we do. As public servants, it is our obligation to remain accessible, answerable, and responsive to you. This website is one way we are meeting the challenge of bringing citizens closer to their government.
