Fact Sheet: USCIS Naturalization Test Redesign (50KB PDF)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is revising the naturalization test to create a test and testing process that is standardized, fair and meaningful. As part of the test redesign, USCIS will conduct a pilot program in ten cities beginning in February 2007 to ensure the agency has all the information necessary before the new test is implemented nationwide in 2008.

USCIS Reaches H-2B Cap For First Half of Fiscal Year 2007 (27KB PDF)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it has received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the congressionally mandated H-2B cap for the first six months of Fiscal Year 2007 (FY 2007). USCIS is hereby notifying the public that November 28, 2006 is the ¿final receipt date¿ for new H-2B worker petitions requesting employment start dates prior to April 1, 2007.
