Today President Obama announced that the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) will cut its fees for refinancing FHA loans made on or before May 31, 2009, which will help an estimated 2 to 3 million borrowers save an average of a thousand dollars a year.  To read more about this important initiative, please click here.
