MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Misawa City Mayor Kazumasa Taneichi presents a letter of appreciation to Col. Michael Rothstein, 35th Fighter Wing commander, for the support received from Misawa Air Base during Operation Tomodachi June 13.
