In viewing the units, I fail to see one very important unit. That is Civil Affairs, the unit / teams that spend time putting together villiage, town and local leader engatements. Also known as KLE’s. They are the ones that put things together and are never mentioned. The Men and Women of Civil Affairs do a larg part in the reconstruction and development of Afghanistan. Oh, and the village elder is one of the same leaders that Civil affairs engaged in Golestan last year when we did the census project and the solar lights. Good to see him still kiking. LOL
