Karl Kammann joined the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in May of 2010. Before joining OSC Karl was a Division Chief in the Financial Management Directorate of the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center. Prior to DOI Karl worked in similar positions at the Food and Drug Administration. Karl earned a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University and an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. Karl also holds a Project Management Professional Certification, as well as a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University.
