Comparative Effectiveness Review on Second-Generation Antidepressants for Adults With Depression

A systematic review of 248 clinical studies published between January 1980 and January 2011 sought to determine the effectiveness, benefits, and adverse effects of second-generation antidepressants for adults with depression.
