Complete the application process:

After determining what specific operation you’re planning to begin, you must complete the prescribed qualification process.  This includes the submission of forms that will provide TTB with all the needed information to consider your application. Read more.

Complete the screening/investigative process:

Upon receipt of your application materials, TTB will arrange for screening/investigation to confirm that you are legally eligible and qualified to conduct a wine industry operation.  Once this research is completed, you will be notified if you have been authorized to proceed with your business/activity.
