Directions from Washington, D.C.

Take I-270 North to Frederick, MD.  In Frederick merge right onto I-70 west. Take I-70 West to Hagerstown, MD.  In Hagerstown take I-81 South toward West Virginia. Take exit 16E to Rt 9 WV.  Turn right at the light next to CVS, which is across from Williamsport Pike (RT 11).  Go to the end of the street and make a left, NMC is on your right.

 

From I-81 North and South

In West Virginia, take exit 16E to Rt 9 WV. Turn right at the light next to CVS, which is across from Williamsport Pike (RT 11).  Go to the end of the street and make a left, NMC is ahead on your right.
