A strong winter storm will bring heavy snow to parts of the Upper Midwest into the Ohio Valley on Monday into Tuesday. As much as 4-8 inches of snow is possible. Meanwhile, showers and thunderstorms will develop from the Tennessee Valley to the Gulf Coast.
