Commerce Under Secretary for Intellectual Property Rogan To Open Two-day Copyright Conference

James E Rogan, the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, will kick off a two-day copyright conference, co-sponsored by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office on April 25, 2002. The copyright conference creates an opportunity for Under Secretary Rogan, and other high-ranking government intellectual property officials, to discuss current domestic and international issues vital to the development of e-commerce with members of the business and intellectual property communities.
