Major Majornetta Alexander Assumes Leadership of Newly Formed Squadron

Tew, Commander, 635th Supply Chain Operations Group, hands over the 437th Supply Chain Operations Squadron guidon to Major Majornetta Alexander, Commander of the Headquarters Illinois Air National Guard Detachment 2 and Chief of the 635th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG) Management and Division Systems, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., during her assumption of leadership of the newly formed 437th Supply Chain Operations Squadron (SCOS), July 8 at Scott AFB. Her appointment as director of the 437th SCOS makes her the first Illinois Air National Guard officer to be appointed to such a position under the Air Force's Total Force Initiative.
