Engineering and Services Division
Consists of three branches dedicated to providing our customers top quality engineering support to meet each customer's needs.

Mission & Goal
Provide the highest possible quality of engineering, project development, and contractor services supporting the needs of Fort Hood. Grow and maintain the Army's best, most professional engineering and services team, achieving best value.

Engineering Management  & Design Branch
Responsible for engineer planning and design of both small and large sustainment, restoration and modernization construction projects for the installation.

Adam Alexander Adam Alexander
Construction and Utility Management Branch
Responsible for all quality assurance in Engineering Division projects including construction inspection, project execution oversight, adherence to regulations, guidelines and laws, and technical proficiency. Responsible for engineering, planning, and management of the installation utility infrastructure systems to include high voltage electrical distribution, water, wastewater, and natural gas.

Services Branch
Responsible for managing various installation-wide service contracts. Our "cradle-to-grave" management includes initiating, planning, programming, designing/developing, assisting with acquisition, monitoring, and administering these contracts.
