The Support Division develops and implements the financial and business operations of the Directorate. Responsibilities include management of: Resources, Facilities, Information Systems, and Cadet Publications Program.Budget/Business OfficeExercises control of accounting for Nonappropriated Fund assets and provide financial management for the Cadet Activities fund.Procurement OfficeNegotiates Nonappropriated fund contracts for supplies, equipment and services.Supply OfficeManages and control Appropriated and Nonappropriated Fund property and supplies.Publications OfficeManages the Cadet Publication program and the Resale Program.Facilities OfficeSchedules use of and DCA facilites and oversees its maintenance.Information Systems OfficeResponsible for the installation, accountability, operation and maintenance of DCA computer systems. |
