Moving Out of Quarters


  • Before scheduling a clearance/termination appointment with RCI Private Partner, you must have a confirmed date from Transportation for pick-up of your household goods (if you have permanent change of station (PCS) orders.)
  • If you are relocating off post, you are required to give a 30 day notice.
  • Schedule a pre and final termination inspection with RCI Private Partner once you make a determination of when you want your unit inspected.
  • Once you have a confirmed date for your household goods, you can make your clearance/termination appointment by going to your perspective village office for more information.
