Natchitoches-area National Park Service organizations will showcase heritage projects and research at the annual Preservation in Your Community event on Aug. 2, 2011.

The come-and-go event will take place between 5-7 p.m. at the National Center for Preservation Technology and Training’s (NCPTT) headquarters on Northwestern’s campus. The public is invited to sample light refreshments and visit with NCPTT summer intern researchers at poster stations throughout the upstairs gym space.
