There are free trade specialists at the Ports of Entry listed below who may be able to give you detailed information regarding business travel between the United States and Canada.

Please note that the specialists at each location are Customs and Border Protection officers who adjudicate work permit applications at the ports during regular business hours by appointment only. They do not provide advice.

Additionally, preclearance locations adjudicate NAFTA applications for work permits only when an applicant is applying for admission. Applicants must have a boarding pass and be leaving on a departing flight. Applicants cannot make appointments to have their applications adjudicated and cannot enter the CBP area in the airports without a boarding pass.
