Today, Reps. Pete Stark and Jim Moran reintroduced the Restoring Protection for Victims of Persecution Act, which terminates the arbitrary rule baring anyone from receiving asylum if they've been in the U.S. longer than one year.

Moran Introduces “Melting Pot Museum” Bill
