FMS Card Processing Rules and Regulations

The Agency will comply with the Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) Part 5 – Chapter 7000: Credit and Debit Card Collection Transactions when processing Credit and Debit Card transactions. All FMS Card Processing Rules and Regulations are now compiled in this Chapter.

Participation in the Card Acquiring Service

The Agency will establish a processing relationship for the Card Acquiring Service by completing and submitting the Card Acquiring Service New Application found on the following link:

An agency representative accountable for the collection activity must sign the Application prior to FMS approval.
