EASY ACCESS TO THESE COMMENTS
TTB received more than 16,000 comments in response
to Notice No. 4. A
number of people submitted comments in a common or
"form letter" format. To help you more easily
and quickly access all comments we have grouped them
according to 7 form letter types. After you select
and read a sample form letter, you can also view all
actual individual letters of that type by selecting
"Click to View."
In addition, all comments--including any that are
"custom written"--are
listed below under "Other Comments." They
are displayed in easy-to-access
groups of 50. To look at any group of these comments,
simply select a number from 1 to 191 listed in the
