Description:
The NAM model is a regional mesoscale data assimilation and forecast model system based on the WRF common modeling infrastructure, currently running at 12 km resolution. NAM forecasts are produced every six hours at 00, 06, 12 and 18 UTC. For more information about this forecast product visit the National Weather Service Environmental Modeling Center website .
