This event is designed to build on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Greater San Francisco Bay District Office’s October 19, 2012, disability focused Workforce Solutions Conference and further strengthen relationships and linkages between contractors and job placement agencies. Attendees who attend this FREE best practice working session and resource fair to will:
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with community based resources that can help connect you to qualified applicants with disabilities; • Learn how to enhance your disability program, ensure compliance and measure results; • Hear and identify common barriers in implementing good faith efforts and work with community based resources and fellow employers in small group discussions to develop solutions to achieve your diversity goals.
