Marine Corps Civilian Leadership Development Program (MCCLDP)

 

The goal of the Marine Corps Civilian Leadership Development Program (MCCLDP) is to enhance the leadership skills and competencies of all civilian employees, from entry level to senior executive. ARHM administers the CLDP for Headquarters Marine Corps staff agencies, Marine Corps Barracks Washington, Marine Corps Institute, and Headquarters Battalion Henderson Hall.

The MCCLDP is comprised of 3 components:

  • Civilian Leadership Development Program (CLDP)
  • Academic Degree Program (ADP)
  • Centrally Managed Civilian Leadership Courses (CMCLC)

 

Civilian Leadership Development Program (CLDP)

The CLDP is a volunteer program open to all civilians in all pay systems, except the Senior Executive Service (SES) who desire to enhance their leadership skills as they progress in their career field. Click on the link above to find additional information and to apply for the program.

 

Academic Degree Program (ADP)

The ADP is a tuition assistance program for those active CLDP participants seeking an academic degree, professional license, or certification. Click on the link above to find additional information and to apply for the program.

Centrally Managed Civilian Leadership Courses (CMCLC)

The CMCLC provides leadership courses where applicants compete for Marine Corps quotas to various leadership development opportunities, available at all levels, GS-05 and up. Click on the link above to find additional information and to apply for the program
