Welcome to the Pesticide Permit Decision Tool
EPA developed this interactive tool to help you:
- determine if an NPDES permit will be needed for your pesticide application when the requirement for a permit takes effect beginning October 31, 2011;
- if you determine you need a permit, determine if you are eligible for coverage under EPA's NPDES Final Pesticide General Permit (PGP) (PDF) (174 pp, 1.3MB) ; and
- if you are eligible for coverage under EPA's NPDES PGP, understand what your requirements are under the final PGP.
This tool will guide you step-by-step as you select answers to the questions below.
