Q: What are the technical requirements to use the RPRS website? A: Our website has been designed to support multiple browsers and has been tested with Netscape Navigator versions 6.0 and above, IE 5.5 and above. PDF documents require Acrobat Reader; we recommend Reader version 4 or above. JavaScript and cookies are required. Our web applications require a 128-bit encrypted browser for security reasons. Return to Top Q: What is encryption and why do I need it? A: Encryption is the process of converting data into a secure format for transmission. Encryption scrambles data that is sent from RPRS to you. Your browser must be capable of decrypting, or unscrambling, the data. To do this, you will need a 128-bit capable browser.
