Alaska fisherman’s patience pays off as Marine scout sniper

Sgt. Emmanuel P. Velayo is a 24-year-old native of Anchorage, Alaska, serving as a scout sniper with Scout Sniper Platoon, 1st Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment.
