The Information Resource Center (IRC) operates a reference service open to Government offices, libraries and other researchers. The IRC is responsible for publishing Link2US, a publication from the Embassy that keeps subscribers informed with information from the Ambassador and other Embassy officials, news about Embassy events and activities, and selected new information on U.S. foreign and domestic public policies via links to key documents and publications from official and non-official U.S. sources.
