Budget Office
The Budget Office is responsible for the following:
- Providing overall direction to the budget formulation and budget execution functions of the Ames Laboratory
- Developing procedures to meet the financial requirements of the Department Of Energy
- Assuring that the Laboratory uses sound financial practices
- Assuring that the Laboratory complies with all Department Of Energy cost controls
- Providing decision-making support to senior Laboratory management
- Providing support to the Laboratory divisions on budget-related financial issues
