Nucleic Acids Research is proud to have been chosen by the Special Libraries Association as one of the top 100 most influential journals in medicine and biology.

The 2011 Web Server issue is now available and reports on 92 web servers, with special emphasis on next-generation sequencing data analysis, molecular network and pathway analysis, and biological text mining. The 2011 Web Server issue continues two special sections on stand-alone programs and web services. Also included is the Bioinformatics Links Directory 2011, a searchable compilation of web servers and other useful tools, databases and resources for life sciences research.
