CSM McCoy,
I know that you are an extremely busy leader but I will like to get some clarifications on the SMA concerns regarding the shortages in Female Drill SGTs in the Army. As I always wanted to participate in this elite program I was never DA selected for it, however I was DA selected and proudly served as an AIT Platoon SGT with the Ordnance Center and Schools at Fort Lee Virginia. My question will be, is there it is any way possible that I can apply for this program even though I am a SFC at this moment? Please advice!
How does this school help candidates that can still do the job, but have some physical limitations, successfully negeotiate this course ?
I was trying to see how long the course is. It would be helpful to know how long I was going to be away from home station so that I can pay bills in advance.
Where can I find the bios and info on the 1SGs. I was told these NCOs are our Chief Instructors during School. How do I know what company I will be assigned to?
The new Commandant, CSM McCoy, I read through his biography and what caught my eye is the Multi-National Force and Observers deployment to Sinai Egypt. I share that great experience and was there from January 2005 to January 2006 at South Camp, the first rotation to be a 12 month deployment. I am certain CSM will recall Herb, and Herbs Beach. I look forward to being a DSC under his command, I am very proud and will be reporting in a week and a half. A warm welcome to CSM McCoy.
