Reserve Marines receive Combat Aircrew Insignia

March 31, 2004 — Seven Reserve Marines of Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 234, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, received their Combat Aircrew Insignia at a squadron formation here, March 31.
