On December 1, 2012, agencies across the U.S. Government joined together to observe World AIDS Day. To demonstrate the theme of “Working Together for an AIDS-Free Generation,” agencies used social media to share policy updates, release new data, promote HIV testing, and address HIV stigma. Social media moves fast, so you may have missed some of the many events and activities coordinated by the Federal Government. Using Storify, which is an online tool used to curate stories or timelines using social media such as Twitter, photos, and videos, we created a story showing various Federal events and observance activities across a variety of social media. Browse the Storify and let us know how you commemorated World AIDS Day on social media.
