Registrant senior officer or member of the board change must be submitted within 5 days of the change. Provide the effective date of the change along with a detailed explanation of revisions. If a senior officer or member of the board is not a U.S. citizen but resides in the U.S., a copy of their permanent residence card or U.S. visa is required.

A Statement of Registration Certification (see ITAR §122.2(b)) is required when sending notification of additional/new senior officers or members of the board.
DDTC will not send an acknowledgement letter regarding senior officer or member of the board changes. Retain the signed registered or overnight mail receipt as proof of submission.
