Mandatory Bulk File Pilot Testing

Note: Agencies will use the GTAS Production site for testing. The URL for the GTAS Production site is www.gtas.fms.treas.gov.

All agencies are required to test all TAS during the mandatory test period that begins October 1, 2012 and concludes June 30, 2013. Each agency must commit to one of the test periods listed below. To successfully complete the test, all TAS must pass all validations and fatal edits.

Data Set Dates for Testing
Quarter 4, 2012 October 1, 2012 - February 28, 2013
Quarter 1, 2013 March 1, 2013 - April 30, 2013
Quarter 2, 2013 May 1, 2013 - June 30, 2013

In addition to the mandatory test periods, agencies have the opportunity to test 2012 Quarter 3 data now through September 15, 2012.
