Tip Sheets

Go4Life Tip Sheets provide a wealth of information about how to exercise safely and have fun at the same time. You can download, print, and share these useful tips with your members, clients, employees.

Go4Life Exercises

Visit the Try These Exercises section of the website for information about endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises suggested by Go4Life. The strength, balance, and flexibility exercises all have photos and detailed instructions on how to perform each movement safely. Many of these exercises also have accompanying videos to help teach you how to do the movement correctly. 

You can share our videos by visiting our YouTube channel and embedding them onto your own website or linking to them in promotional e-mails, tweets, or Facebook posts.

Posters and Bookmarks

Posters are a colorful reminder to be active every day to improve overall health and well-being. Order a variety of free Go4Life posters to display in your waiting room, exam rooms, lunch room, break room, or hallways.

Bookmarks promote the free exercise and physical activity resources available from the National Institute on Aging at NIH.

You can print our colorful Go4Life flyers and post them in the hallway, near the elevator, or in your office as a reminder to be active during the day. 

Articles

We’ve written articles about exercise and physical activity for you to use in your own newsletters or other communications. They are easy to copy and paste right into the newsletter layout.

You can feel great knowing that this is accurate, evidence-based information from the National Institute on Aging at NIH, whose research is focused on improving the health and well-being of older adults. The content of all Go4Life material has been reviewed by experts in aging and exercise.
