About Media Matters

As employees within the Special Media Archives Services Division, we are in charge of preserving and providing access to millions of special media records, including analog and digital photographs, posters, motion picture film, video, audio recordings, maps, charts, architectural drawings, patents, and ship plans. Media Matters is an opportunity for staff members to discuss current projects, highlight new series, and to feature exciting records that staff come across during processing and reference activities.
