Center – center name abbreviation

Submission name – name of submission file

Size – size of the submission file

SID – unique submission ID assigned by NCBI

Date received – date the file was picked up from FTP

Date loaded – date when submission was processed

TI start – the first assigned trace ID for the submission

TI stop – the last assigned trace ID for the submission

New – number of 'new' traces if loaded (extended format only)

Update – number of 'update' traces if loaded (extended format only)

Conflict – number of conflicted traces if processed (extended format only)

Fail – number of failed traces if processed (extended format only)

Tr/sec – load rate traces per second (extended format only)

Kb/sec – load rate KBytes per second (extended format only)

Load time – load time (extended format only)

# of traces – number of traces loaded (not in extended format)

Status – submission status, possible statuses are:

received – submission has been detected on FTP
processing - submission is being processed
loaded – submission processed
failed – submission failed
corrupted – submission is invalid TAR or gzip file
pending – submmission processing is suspended
missing – original submission file is now missing on FTP
re-uploaded – original submission file has been re-uploaded, new SID to be assigned
rfc_invalid – original submission does not comply with the RFC requirements
