WHAT'S NEW:

  1. (NEW 01-03-2013) The Federal Register Notice of proposed revisions of the TIC B-forms (BC, BL-1, BL-2, BQ-1, BQ-2, BQ-3) was published. Comments are invited from the public by March 4, 2013. The proposed forms and instructions are also available at this link.

  2. (NEW 01-03-2013) The Federal Register Notice of proposed revisions of the TIC C-forms (CQ-1 and CQ-2) was published. Comments are invited from the public by March 4, 2013. The proposed forms and instructions are also available at this link.

  3. (11-15-2012) The Federal Register Notice of mandatory reporting requirements was published for the annual survey SHCA(2012): U.S. Ownership of Foreign Securities, including Selected Money Market Instruments, as of December 31, 2012. Entities required to report will be contacted individually by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

    --- (NEW 12-17-2012) Separately, the normal 3-year renewal process for the annual survey SHC/SHCA is in a public comment period, that is open until January 16, 2013 (see section Part II.A.4 at this link.) The last step will be OMB review and approval.

  4. (IMPORTANT FOR ALL) The Reporting Central application is used for all electronic submissions of the TIC monthly and quarterly reports (all B-forms, C-forms, Form D, Form S, and Form SLT).
    -- after April 2, 2012, IESUB will continue in use ONLY for: (a) the annual TIC reports SHC/SHCA and SHL/SHLA; and (b) all TFC reports.
    -- SIGN UP for Reporting Central at the Reporting Central Resource Center.

  • TIC Form D, filed by those in Derivatives markets.

  • TIC Form S , filed by those selling and purchasing long-term Securities.

  • TIC Form SLT, filed by those engaged in cross-border holding of long-term Securities.
