| ![](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20130225194427im_/http://@fmcsa.dot.gov/about/grants/beg/step-3.jpg) | The FMCSA Division office will review the draft NE application and provide their approval or disapproval to be considered for funding. | Division Review | | Upon completion of the draft NE application review and any recommended changes, the final application must be filed electronically on Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved grant forms SF-424, SF-424A and SF-424B found at: http://www.grants.gov. The States Program Goals, Objectives, and Budget template must accompany the NE application in addition to the Maintenance of Expenditure Certification. Applications must be filed within the time-frame provided on http://www.grants.gov. Additional NE applications will be accepted and considered for funding, if NE funds remain available. | National Technical Review Application

Implementation of the Award
| ![](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20130225194427im_/http://@fmcsa.dot.gov/about/grants/beg/step-7.jpg) | Upon completion of the performance period for the grant award, the grantee must submit a final report of activities and performance, including the final voucher for expenses incurred within 90 days of the end of the grant performance period.
